HarborChase Starts on Latest Florida Community
HarborChase Retirement Associates (HRA) announced the start of construction on a new senior living community in St. Johns, Florida, according to news release.
The community development was made possible following a partnership with Protea Capital Partners on HarborChase of Beachwalk that includes 172 apartments across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

A new luxury senior living community is on the horizon. HarborChase of Beachwalk, located in the Beachwalk master-planned development in St. Augustine, will offer 172 residences, including 82 independent-living apartments, 66 assisted-living units and 24 memory-care suites.
