HarborChase of Beachwalk on Track for Fall 2027 Opening
Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA), in partnership with Protea Capital Partners, has announced continued construction progress at HarborChase of Beachwalk, a new luxury senior living community underway in the Beachwalk master-planned development in St. Johns.
Following the groundbreaking celebration in November, construction is actively advancing, and the community remains on schedule for a fall 2027 opening. Pre-leasing for HarborChase of Beachwalk will officially begin in November.

A new luxury senior living community is on the horizon. HarborChase of Beachwalk, located in the Beachwalk master-planned development in St. Augustine, will offer 172 residences, including 82 independent-living apartments, 66 assisted-living units and 24 memory-care suites.
