The Sound at HarborChase is a transitional memory care program for individuals with mild memory impairment. This option is for those who would benefit from focused care but may not require the full attention or secured environment available in The Cove.

The Sound at HarborChase was designed to provide a supportive, comforting environment that fosters achievement. We make every moment count for residents and families through our innovative programs and specialized services. Our compassionate and professional team understands the challenges associated with mild memory loss and utilizes the latest supportive activities and methods to create enriching and successful days.
