From there, he worked in various restaurants, specializing in Mexican cuisine and steakhouse dining, eventually landing a prestigious role at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. It wasn’t until after the global pandemic disrupted the restaurant industry that Chef Lucas discovered senior living. “I came to HarborChase about four years ago, and it’s been the most fulfilling tenure of my career so far,” he said proudly.
