Congratulations, Jill Garrett, our Director of Sales at HarborChase of Palm Coast! Jill won the August creative follow-up contest. CFUs are a vital part of our sales standards, and the best ones show how deep discovery uncovers who our residents are and what they love and enjoy.
Prospective resident, Doris, loves mystery novels, so Jill planned a Murder Mystery dinner in The Grill Room. Instead of delivering a printed invitation, the team invited Doris and her daughter back to the community for lunch and presented her with a gift – a costume with accessories. Doris was puzzled, but that was the whole point. It was a mystery. When Jill told her the costume was her invitation to a Murder Mystery dinner – Roaring 20’s style – Doris and her daughter were thrilled. Doris signed the contract that day and said, “why wait?!” Team Palm Coast had their costumes ready and staged a delicious, fun Murder Mystery Dinner within days. It’s no mystery why the newest member of our HarborChase family is creating a buzz in Palm Coast, FL.
