Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA) is actively looking to hire a passionate and ambitious individual to serve as Executive Director at our McKinney, Texas, community:

HarborChase of McKinney (Texas): HarborChase of McKinney offers a luxury senior living experience to individuals and families in McKinney, Dallas, and the surrounding areas. With Assisted Living and Memory care services, residents are immersed in an engaging environment that promotes achievement and relaxation.

HarborChase of Shaker Heights

HRA is also looking to hire an Executive Director and a Director of Sales for our brand-new Ohio senior living community:

HarborChase of Shaker Heights (Ohio): Currently in development, one of HRA’s newest Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, HarborChase of Shaker Heights, will offer a luxurious senior living experience unlike any other in the area.

Senior Living in HarborChase of Boynton Beach

HRA is also actively looking to hire a passionate and motivated individual to serve as Executive Director for our newest Florida community:

HarborChase of Boynton Beach (Florida): Coming soon to Southeast Florida, HarborChase of Boynton Beach will offer a luxurious and exceptional retirement lifestyle. Our Boynton Beach community will provide assisted living, mild dementia care, memory care, and respite care to older adults and families.


Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the management of the Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This person ensures high-quality resident care services within budgetary guidelines while meeting or exceeding Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC, standards and is responsible for compliance with federal, state, local and HRA policies, procedures and regulations. The Executive Director is responsible for leading the community by example, exhibiting the CORE Values through servant leadership.

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • Current ECC and/or CORE Training certification as required and/or Community Residential Care Facility Administration (CRCF).
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in supervising and management.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software. Mid-level typing skills required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
  • Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc. Able to manage revenue and expense budget.
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State laws pertaining to IL, AL, MC, and SNF communities, respectively. 
  • Able to make independent decisions.
  • Must possess a passion to work with and be around senior citizens.

Director of Sales

The Director of Sales is responsible for managing occupancy development of the community, actively marketing the community by networking in the local community with residents, families, discharge planners, social service workers, local community business organizations and other referral sources.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
  • Proven sales track record; effective selling and closing skills.
  • Two (2) years in the senior sales and marketing environment.
  • Public relations experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of two (2) years experience in supervising and management.
  • One (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook software. Mid- level typing skills required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts.
  • Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc. 
  • Able to manage revenue and expense budget.
  • Knowledge of current Federal and State laws pertaining to IL, AL, MC, SNF communities respectively.
  • Able to make independent decisions.
  • Must be able to generate a warm, friendly and caring manner on first impression.
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to guidelines related to the Fair Housing Act (FHA) and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations in all aspects of the job including sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Must possess a passion to work with and be around senior citizens.
