Dear Ms. Cohen,
My mother, Ruth Belson, was a resident of your facility, Harbor Chase, until her passing in August. I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful care provided to my mother during her years of living there. I found the staff extremely patient and kind and helpful every time I visited my mother. I believe they have a very tough job and I feel they do an outstanding job.
Thank you for everything and please let the staff know how much their work was appreciated.
Dear Erica and staff,
I just wanted to take a moment and thank you all for the last three years of care you provided my mom. It always did my heart and mind good to know that she was so well taken care of. I owe that all to your dedicated staff.
When I told people that I had made arrangements for mom to move to HarborChase, the responses ranged from, “HarborChase? We all call that the country club” to “Your mother is very fortunate. That’s the best.” Indeed, it proved to be.
Whether it was Tamika answering the phone, “Hello, Maury, how are things?” or Norma taking the time to explain medical issues, or you offering suggestions to help secure VA and Medicaid funding, I felt as though I was dealing with family who had a vested interest in mom’s well-being and dealt with her as an individual. Never did I feel that she was being treated as just another patient amongst many.
Through this entire journey, HarborChase was the one constant bright spot that helped me keep my sanity. You should sleep well at night and take pride in that you afforded me the ability to know that in placing my mother in your care, I did all the best that a son could do at this difficult time in her life.
Once again, thank you all sincerely for all of your efforts and know that I am forever grateful to each and every one of you.
