Throughout its history of serving seniors, HRA has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Associates are carefully chosen and are steadfastly committed to our core values of respect, attentiveness, integrity, stewardship and excellence. Over the past couple of years, HRA communities and associates have been honored with a growing number of prestigious awards.

Recently, four HRA associates were recognized with individual awards by FLORIDA ALFA (FL ALFA), the Florida chapter of the Assisted Living Federation of America. This recognition included the following individual awards: Executive Director of the Year, Sales and Marketing Director of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Life Enrichment Director of the Year. These awards were created by ALFA to recognize assisted living administrators who demonstrate outstanding innovation, achievement and leadership.

Earlier this year, eight HRA communities in three different states received Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2015 Customer Experience Award™ in several different categories. This award recognizes outstanding senior living communities who have consistently received high ratings from residents and their families. HRA earned the recognition by demonstrating a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services. The winning categories included: “Quality of Food”, “Safety and Security”, “Variety of Food/Menu Choices”, “Transportation Needs”, “Dining Services”, “Communication”, “Dignity and Respect” and “Recommend to Others”.

In addition, SeniorAdvisor.com, the leading online ratings and reviews site for senior living communities nationwide, recognized an HRA community with a Best of 2015 Award. This award recognizes outstanding senior living communities who have consistently received high ratings from residents and their families.

Dave and I were extremely sad to leave mom and dad. At the same time we both have a wonderful feeling that they are beginning to enjoy their new home. We also know that they are being well taken care of including a genuine respect and concern for them, excellent food, attentive services, great medication administration, activities they enjoy, and a beautiful place. In fact, I have tried to call them numerous times on several days and they are never in their apartment (which is great).

Mom and dad (along with Phyllis and Donna) visited several ALF in the area. Everyone was in agreement that Harbor Chase was, by far, the best place to live. This week was Dave's and my first exposure to Harbor Chase and you exceeded our expectations. During the hectic move, everyone was extremely helpful, had genuine smiles on their faces, were attentive to not only mom and dads needs but also our needs, and made us all feel very welcome.

Thanks for everything!!

Gratefully,

I just wanted to say how happy I am with the choice we made by placing Carol in HarborChase. I have seen a extraordinarily positive change in her outlook on life.. She has never seemed happier. Your staff has been wonderful. Carol is always telling me how kind and caring the staff treats her. Your facility has truly given my mother a second chance to have a new outlook on life.

Thank you and the staff for the exceptional care.

Sincerely,
Keith

Dear Ms. Corton:

Thank you so much for the donation of bread to the Chaplaincy . It isdefinitely very much appreciated. As I am sure Leslie Devitz has explained to you, we serve all of the people who live and work on the back side of the race track. Many of them have little or nothing. We provide food, clothing (donated), medical assistance in partnership with Catholic Charities Mobile Medical Unit, church services as well as Bible studies. We make every effort to assist the people on the back side in as any ways as we can. The donation of bread from HarborChase is a ttue blessing and helps us defray the expense of purchasing bread daily for the guys.

Thank you, again, for your kind support and generosity .

Sent with blessings,

Kathleen Hand Frangos
